The communication between the Pharmacy/front desk staff, caseworkers and RPN needs to be way better. I was told that I’d be able to pickup my prescription after being seen by a RPN then I walked up to the person next to the pharmacy and he told me that they were still on lunch and they’d be open after 1:30. Yet there was this on the wall THE ENTIRE TIME. This shouldn’t happen.

Excellent clinic with medical, std, laboratory, and dental services. Lots of free parking in the garage across the alley. Clear signage makes it easy to figure out where to go. Very clean and well maintained, plenty of seats while you wait. They are extremely good at seeing you at your appointment time.

Always the rudest staff. Calling them for questions or appointments feels like running a gauntlet between them hanging up “on accident” or being put on hold again and again. If the point of a drs office is to help, then they need to train their front of house staff to actually do that without an attitude

I saw MD Robert Grove at this location…. I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. From the start, the visit felt impersonal—there was no effort to build rapport or even break the ice, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I did not feel heard during the appointment, and my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Many of the questions asked were already covered in the intake paperwork, making the in-person visit feel redundant and unproductive. The physical exam was minimal at best, consisting only of a very brief and superficial listen with a stethoscope. When I attempted to bring up additional health concerns, I was cut short and told I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment….which wasn’t available for another two months. That was frustrating, especially given that my concerns were not addressed during the initial visit. Overall, I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and dissatisfied with the level of care. I would not return to this provider.

My primary care doctor for medical from work defaulted here.. Got scheduled 2 weeks out for new patient phone call registration. Someone was supposed to call me today at 130pm, never happened. Called their office only to get routed to a call center, explained that I never received a call. Some random lady tried to reschedule me another 2 weeks out. Told her that will not work and why didn't they call me at 130pm like they were supposed too... She scoffed said hold on one second, then hung up on me. Y'all are a real class act!!!.. Shameful!!!!...
